The central administration within the Ministry of the Interior and Social
Affairs has replaced its ESDH (Electronic case and document
management system) with a new software system called ”cBrain F2”.
cBrain F2 is a comprehensive, intuitive and flexible software system
that enables workers at all knowledge levels to perform their job. This
includes task workers, case workers and management.
From the beginning, it has been the goal of the Ministry to eliminate
the use of paper. With this new software solution the Ministry has
taken an important step towards the Danish Government’s stated goal
of ”full electronic communication by 2012”.
This document will summarize some of the preliminary findings of this
ongoing project at the Ministry of the Interior and Social Affairs.
