Management

The management of cBrain consists of a number of experienced IT people, which together have a thorough experience from both public and private companies and organizations. Additionally cBrain has a team of highly skilled staff and specialists with skills in business consulting and process optimization.

cBrain management consist of four people:

• Per Tejs Knudsen, CEO, is the founder of cBrain and for 30 years he has dealt with management of IT companies. Per is deeply engaged in the processes of change, innovation, and technology. Per is one of the drivers behind cBrain’s concepts of innovation. Per enters into innovation projects at the focal point between business processes and new technology.

• Thomas Qvist, CTO, is responsible for cBrain’s overall technology base. For 20 years Thomas has dealt with technology and software development, and for the latest 15 years he has been the manager of technology units. Thomas is one of the drivers behind cBrain’s technology development projects and he has a special focus on new opportunities within component-based system development.

• Anne Dorthe Hermansen, CFO, is responsible for financial matters, administration, and communications, including investor relations. Anne Dorthe has many years of experience with administration and communications from former employment within the Central Administration as Personal Secretary to the Minister, Head of Division and Communications Director, respectively.

• Robert Lentz, COO, is responsible for operations which represents customers and deliveries. The latest 20 years, Robert has dealt with consultancy in business processes and the implementation of IT projects. Robert is one of the drivers behind cBrain’s efficient processes of implementation and support with focus on the value creating activities and an optimal exploitation of the resources of the customer and cBrain, respectively.
