cBrain has entered into an agreement with the Danish Ministry of Employment for the delivery of case management software to the Department of Employment.
The delivery is based on cBrain case management system, called cBrain F2, which allows the Ministry to go paperless and work entirely digitally.
cBrain F2 case management software is already used in the departments of Climate and Energy, the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Transport Ministry. AND cBrain F2 is being implemented in the department of the Ministry of the Environment.
The Ministry of Employment is the fifth Danish department introducing cBrain F2 case management software.
In April 2011 the Ministry of Climate & Energy and the Ministry of Transport received the Digitalization Award for their cBrain F2 implementation. The award is given to a governmental entity that has deployed a digital solution resulting in a significant efficiency gain.
cBrain sees a big market for the F2 product line, not least in the public sector, where authorities are investing in new digital tools to achieve substantial efficiency gains. The new agreement with the Ministry of Employment enhances cBrain's opportunities to penetrate this market.
