cBrain has entered into an agreement with the Danish Ministry of the Environment for delivery of a new electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) to the Department.
The delivery is based on cBrain processing system called "cBrain F2", which allows the ministry to drop the paper and work entirely digitally.
cBrain F2 is already used in the Ministry of Climate and Energy, Ministry of Social Affairs and The Ministry Transport. Ministry of the Environment is the fourth department, which introduces the cBrain F2 standard system.
The Ministry of Environment, as well as The Ministry of Climate and Energy, has chosen to host the F2 solution at The Agency for Governmental IT Services.
In April, the Ministry of Climate & Energy and the Ministry of Transport received the Digitization Prize 2011 for their implementation of cBrain F2. The Digitization Award is given to an authority that has deployed a digital solution that has a significant efficiency gain.
cBrain sees a big market for the cBrain F2 product line, not least in the public sector, where authorities recently invested in new digital tools to achieve further efficiency. The new agreement with the Ministry of Environment, which follows shortly after Digitization Price, further strengthens cBrains position in this market.
