cBrain has taken an important step in its growth journey and releases F2 Service Builder

cBrain has released the first version of F2 Service Builder. F2 Service Builder is a completely new type of tool that makes it possible for customers and consultants to set up and maintain professional processes in F2.

By further developing and releasing tools that are currently used internally at cBrain, it will be possible for the customers themselves, or with the help of external consultants, to take over a constant greater part of the implementation tasks performed in connection with delivery of F2-based Solutions. This applies to both traditional F2 Professional Solutions and F2 Climate Software.

This means that F2 Service Builder can both accelerate growth and increase earnings. cBrain expects that cooperation with partners will spread the awareness of F2 and thus increase clientele. At the same time, the relocation of tasks to customers and partners means that cBrain's growth will be less dependent on internal resources, especially the constraints that come with ongoing hiring and training of new employees.

At the same time, F2 Service Builder represents a technological innovation that can help influence the market for public sector digitization. cBrain therefore sees the release of the first version of F2 Service Builder as a technical milestone and one of cBrain's most important product announcements over recent years.

Digitalization of the public sector constitutes one of the world's largest markets. But public digitization is often characterized by long-term, unmanageable, and expensive IT projects. This is due to an outdated approach and technology, where most suppliers are still building tailor-made solutions based on software components and modules that need to be adapted and integrated.

cBrain challenges the market for public digitization by instead offering standard software that can be adapted to the customer's individual needs. This saves many consulting hours, both in connection with project management, development, and implementation, which means that cBrain can deliver solutions significantly faster, with minimal risks and on time and budget.

Technically, this is possible because F2 has a built-in process engine that can be configured to support and automate the customer's professional processes without requiring changes to the standard software. It applies to both small and large complex subject areas.

The F2 Service Builder is built on top of the process engine, and it is thus based on well-tested technology.

At the same time, F2 Service Builder pushes boundaries and simplifies the work of digitizing management tasks. This is because F2 Service Builder makes it possible to define a subject process by simply filling in fields in a spreadsheet. Once filled in, the spreadsheet can be loaded directly into F2, after which F2 Service Builder automatically creates and installs the full-featured subject process, from self-service for case management, journaling, and management information.

With F2 Service Builder, it is thus possible for customers and consultants to set up and maintain individual course processes in F2, as easy as filling out a spreadsheet. Hereby employees with knowledge of the business process that is to be digitized, can create, and maintain case processes and self-service solutions without requiring technical knowledge and background.

cBrain therefore sees F2 Service Builder as a groundbreaking new tool that can help move market shares, because the tool reduces the need for employees with an IT technical background. At the same time, it gives the ordinary employee both greater freedom and greater opportunity for themselves to participate in work related to internal digitalization.

The release of F2 Service Builder therefore represents an important step on cBrain's growth journey, especially the part of the strategy referred to as "F2 for Partners".

cBrain has already begun the further development of F2 Service Builder and expects to continuously be able to announce new versions of the product.
