Functionality

The solution provides a very effective way to manage cases for Research and Enterprise Development (RED). The RED Department at the university works with academics, researchers, students and entrepreneur communities to bid for research and enterprise-related grants and contracts, and to manage contractual negotiations.

Benefits

The solution provided by cBrain was, through the F2 platform, provides automated email integration, allowing storing of correspondence records and attachments in a single place. Further, case templates and checklists were configured to manage end-to-end process, containing additional data fields to capture specific research related information, merging this data into document and communications templates automatically.

Software

The project used an agile approach, where an initial prototype was created, and then refine based on feedback, meaning that the solution was directly driven by the service users.
