Functionality

A platform for a more effective approach to grant management where all processes are gathered in the same software, including the overall pool administration. The process covers all tasks from self-service to case management and filing, as well as several functions to prevent misuse of funds.

Benefits

The congregated process permits a faster processing time, and it limits mistakes and prejudice as the process is largely automated and every application follow the same steps.

Software

The project can use an agile approach, working with university employees to create initial prototypes. Building on the F2 core, with automated email integration, so users are able to store correspondence records and attachments in a single place, as well as case templates and checklists to manage the end-to-end process. The checklists include additional data fields to capture specific research related information.
