We're looking for an experienced German-speaking Senior Account Executive who wants to bring digital government solutions to new public sector organisations across the DACH region. Join us in helping governments become more efficient, transparent and sustainable.
Join the team driving digital transformation worldwide!
You will become part of our growing New Sales team, responsible for expanding cBrain's customer base by bringing the F2 digital government platform to new public sector organisations globally.
Working closely with marketing, pre-sales, product specialists and senior leadership, you will identify opportunities, build trusted relationships with decision-makers and guide customers through complex sales processes - from the first conversation to signed contracts.
The tasks that will shape your daily work:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle.
- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities within government and the public sector.
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives, department heads and digital transformation leaders.
- Lead complex enterprise sales processes, coordinating internal resources to deliver compelling customer proposals and successful contract negotiations.
- Develop strategic account plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in line with ambitious growth objectives.
- Represent cBrain at customer meetings, conferences and industry events, helping strengthen our position as a leading GovTech company.
About you
As a person, you are proactive, curious and commercially driven. You enjoy opening new doors, asking insightful questions and understanding complex customer challenges. You combine persistence with empathy, and you know how to build long-term trust with customers.
To thrive in this role, you bring:
- 5+ years of successful enterprise B2B sales in DACH, ideally within software, SaaS or digital transformation in the public sector.
- Winning complex new business with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- Building trusted executive relationships and communicating value to senior decision-makers.
- Managing structured sales processes and consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets.
- Speaking both German and English fluently.
