F2 super user with technical flair for F2 application support

Are you an F2 super user and do you have a good understanding of case management? Do you have a little helper and a sharp detective in your stomach? Are you motivated by providing digital first aid to users and authorities in need? Do you want to strengthen your technical skills as part of a professionally strong team, where we each contribute with specialist knowledge to solve the common tasks?

Then you are the one we are looking for!

As part of the Services unit, we are now looking for an F2 super user for our F2 application support.

Everyday life in your new department

Services is a vital unit. We help our customers get the most out of their F2-based solutions. We do this through helpdesk support, monitoring, consulting, and by continuously expanding and optimizing the collaboration between customers and cBrain.

We have a wide range of tasks, and we each work within one or more specialist and competence areas. In this position, the focus is on the areas of F2 Application and F2 Platform & Architecture, and you will thus become one of the important employees who provide competent application support to super users and administrators who are system owners at authorities and departments.

Your tasks will include:

  • Advice and problem solving in direct contact with super users and administrators at our customers
  • Visiting and analyzing complex problems in collaboration with colleagues from Services and from cBrain's other departments
  • Documentation and collection of information; independently and in collaboration with customers and colleagues. For example, log and configuration files from customers' production environments or retrieval of data from databases
  • Follow-up on existing issues, handling high-priority issues and customer meetings.
  • Continuous development of the department's workflows and tools

Our expectations for you

  • You are an experienced F2 system user.
  • You have an understanding of case processing, for example from a position as a case handler at a public authority
  • You have a good technical understanding and you are interested in the business context in which F2 is used.
  • You possess a detective gene and are motivated by finding the cause of a given challenge.
  • You communicate fluently in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • You can be security cleared to the level of 'secret'

We give you an important role in an energetic, competent and customer-oriented team, where we lift together and work together with specialists in other departments in cBrain, such as our development teams.

While we expect you to have a solid understanding of the F2 application and how the system is used as a foundation for the day-to-day tasks of an authority, in this position you will gain a deeper insight into the foundation of the F2 system. You will also gain a broad understanding of the many different ways F2 can be configured to solve a wide variety of needs, including the case flow foundation that allows F2 to be used to implement specialized business processes.
