Per Tejs Knudsen started his career by founding PPU Software, which later became Maconomy A/S. In 2000, he listed Maconomy on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In 2002, he founded cBrain, which he took public in 2006, and he remains CEO of the company.
Per is a member of the advisory board at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science and a member of the Board of Representatives at the Technical University of Denmark.
Thomas Qvist was employed at Maconomy A/S from 1990 to 2002. In 2003, he joined cBrain as CTO, bringing with him solid experience from his previous position.
At cBrain, Thomas is responsible for leading technological development and heading the R&D department, where he ensures innovation and further development of the company's technology.
In addition, Thomas also serves as the company's Chief Security Officer.
Robert Lentz has over 20 years of experience in business development, strategic management, and digital transformation.
He began his career at Maconomy A/S, where he worked from 1995 to 2003 as Country Manager for Denmark and responsible for major international customers. His expertise and leadership were instrumental in driving growth and creating strong results.
In 2003, Robert joined cBrain as Senior Partner. Since 2008, he has held the role of COO, where he is responsible for the operational strategy that supports the company's growth.
Under his leadership, cBrain has achieved significant milestones, including being named 'Danish Company of the Year 2023' by the Danish-German Chamber of Commerce.
Ejvind Jørgensen has a background in software development and management consulting.
From 1984 to 2016, he worked at Rambøll, where he played a key role in building their business technology and business development.
In 2016, Ejvind joined cBrain and in 2017 took over the role as CFO and also became responsible for Investor Relations.
He is chairman of the Danish IT Public Sector Committee and has been a member of government committees in both Denmark and Norway.
Charlotte Horn Andersen has been HR Director at cBrain since 2017, and is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that ensure organizational scalability, support business goals and promote a healthy company culture. Prior to joining cBrain, Charlotte spent 8 years as Global HR Director at 3Shape A/S.
Previously, she worked as HR Business Partner at Maconomy and as a consultant in executive search. Charlotte holds a master's degree in International Management & Organization from Copenhagen Business School and is also a certified coach and psychotherapist.
David Cotterill joined cBrain in 2014 and has been Chief Strategy Officer since 2022, working to expand cBrain's cloud solutions into new markets, including the UK.
He has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, including leadership positions in the UK government, where he was Deputy Director of Strategic Change at the Cabinet Office and Deputy Director of Innovation at the Department for Work and Pensions. Earlier in his career, David worked as an Enterprise Architect at IBM and as a Project Manager at Navision.
