Join us for a high-level roundtable at the UN STI Forum’s Action Day on May 6, hosted by UNDP, the UNDP Resilience Hub, and cBrain, to explore how governments can move from planning to execution in the race to deliver digital public services.
As part of UNDP’s Digital Offer for Africa, two breakthrough initiatives are setting a new standard for public sector transformation in the African region:
Both are built on proven Danish experiences, Denmark being ranked number one in the UN global e-government index, and demonstrate how Africa’s digital transformation can shift from writing reports to delivering operational IT systems.
This session presents a new model for digital government built on AI-enabled, configurable commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) platforms and reusable, field-tested processes. Combined, they enable rapid, transparent, and citizen-focused public service delivery—aligned with the SDGs and ready to scale across the continent. This includes preparing the Kenyan ICT Ministry to go paperless within only 10 weeks by reusing Danish government best practices. A role model now ready to scale across the region, thereby driving government transparency and efficiency.
Now is the time to implement.
Now is the time to deliver.
