Do you thrive in building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping public organizations accelerate digital transformation? Are you motivated by learning, high professional standards, and making an impact from day one? We are currently looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative who wants to expand the use of digital solutions that make a real difference - both for the climate and for society.
Join the team driving digital transformation!
You will become part of our growing New Sales team, responsible for creating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging public sector organizations across the DACH region that can benefit from the cBrain F2® platform - a digital platform built for government.
Working closely with our Senior Account Executives, you will research markets, identify key decision-makers, and initiate conversations with prospective customers. Your work will be essential in building a strong sales pipeline and supporting cBrain's continued growth internationally.
The tasks that will shape your daily work:
- Research markets, government organizations and potential customer needs to identify new sales opportunities in DACH.
- Identify and engage relevant stakeholders through phone, e-mail, LinkedIn and other outreach channels to generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain prospect lists, qualify leads and ensure high-quality data in our CRM system.
- Work closely with Senior Account Executives to develop account strategies, outreach campaigns and target account plans.
- Monitor market developments, digital transformation initiatives and public sector priorities to uncover new business opportunities.
About you
You are naturally curious and enjoy learning about organizations and the people behind them. You are proactive, structured and motivated by opening new doors and creating opportunities for others. You are resilient, thrive on achieving goals and see every conversation as an opportunity to learn.
We imagine that you bring experience in:
- Business development, sales, customer-facing roles or a strong commercial interest - experience from SaaS, technology or consulting is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Conducting research and communicating professionally with senior stakeholders.
- Building relationships through structured outreach and clear communication.
- Working in a goal-oriented environment where curiosity, persistence and teamwork are key to success.
- Speaking both German and English fluently.

We are a company with many traditions, and we place great value on social events. We also offer employee-driven activities such as a running club, wine club, and board game nights, and we actively work to maintain an inclusive work environment with a healthy work-life balance.
At cBrain, sustainability and climate goals are highly prioritized.
