Become an F2 Superuser

As an F2 Superuser you become the ambassador who knows and supports the use of F2 in your department. You use F2 in your daily work and help colleagues use the platform optimally, e.g. by setting up shared searches or assisting with personal setup. You are also the link to the administrator in terms of platform optimization and error reporting.

In short: You can assist others in putting on their oxygen mask.

During the course you will learn about:

• Shared, smart searches
• Optimized communication and knowledge sharing
• Setting up requests and approvals (lists, templates, etc.)
• Access management
• Reporting issues and collaborating with users and administrators
• The role of superuser and ways to stay updated

The course is aimed at experienced F2 Users who want to increase their knowledge of the platform and be able to help colleagues in their daily work.

‍

It is a prerequisite that you have attended the course Become an F2 User or have equivalent knowledge of F2 as a daily user. If you are unsure which course to choose, please contact cUniversity.

The course is scheduled four times a year from 9.30 AM to 16.30 PM at cBrain’s address, Kalkbrænderiløbskaj 2, 2100 Copenhagen Ø. The course will be conducted in Danish.

On the day of the course, we serve croissants and fruit in the morning, a buffet lunch with a vegetarian option and coffee, tea, water and snacks throughout the day.

We ask you to bring your own laptop and download our cBrain F2 course environment before the course (instructions are sent in advance). We have a limited number of loaner computers you may ask to borrow when you register.
