F2 version 12.4 introduces a number of improvements. When you initiate an administrator approval, the dialogs have been improved, and the default search “F2 Orders for the Unit” now displays more orders.
F2 Manager 2 has received a graphical update that makes the user interface more clear and accessible. Additionally, new buttons have been added, along with a function that allows you to view your offline queue.
In Service Builder, we have introduced a new field type, “E-mail”, which can automatically create a reporter as a party in a self-service case.
