cBrain F2 is an electronic case and document management system (ESDH). F2 is based on a fully integrated model for digital administration. The model is based on supporting case processes by supporting the actions and tasks that a caseworker performs. The model is therefore called “action-centered casework”. F2 represents a new generation of ESDH products. F2 is built to meet the caseworker’s need for a clear and flexible work tool. F2 is therefore designed with the user in mind, where journaling needs are automatically supported as a by-product of the caseworker’s work.
