Technical documentation

Here you will find software/hardware requirements and Operations Handbook for F2. cBrain continuously updates the technical documentation of F2.

Updates are typically made in connection with:

  • Release of new versions of F2
  • Changes to basic software, e.g. SQL etc.
  • New guides for a better user experience

We inform about updates in the news on the Customer Portal.

‘Software Requirements’ describes the programmes the customer must install before a cBrain technician can install F2 on the servers.

‘Hardware Requirements’ describes the guidelines for an F2 system with maximum performance.

‘Operations Handbook’ describes the most common tasks in the technical administration of F2. This manual is aimed at technicians who have the necessary skills to administer servers.

Note: The technical documents are important for the stable operation of F2. cBrain's delivery agreements typically state that cBrain must ensure that the customer is informed of new requirements for the infrastructure. It is therefore important that relevant people in the customer's organisation are updated on the technical documents.
