The course provides a basic yet thorough introduction to the reporting tool cBrain F2 Analytics and the common challenges it can help address within your organization. The focus is on the module’s standard reports, along with the capabilities and limitations of the tool.

Target group

‍

The course is designed for administrators and users who require management reporting, as setting up and extracting reports with cBrain F2 Analytics requires specific permissions in cBrain F2. Participants are expected to have advanced knowledge of cBrain F2 at the level of an cBrain F2 Administrator. Experience with cBrain F2 Analytics is an advantage but not a requirement.

Course content

‍

During the course, you will learn how cBrain F2 Analytics is structured, which standard reports and configurations it includes, and what customization options are available to your organization. You will practice configuring and extracting reports and gain insight into the tool’s capabilities and limitations. Participants are expected to actively contribute to their own learning.

The course follows a problem-based approach, where you will work on issues typical of organizations like yours, such as:

• "What reports are relevant when an employee leaves?"
• "I need to know how many orders came in during Q1."
• "Who has viewed or had access to specific files/cases?"
• "How can I help management generate specific reports themselves?"
• "Are we meeting deadlines for specific requests, e.g., §20-questions, access to documents, or requests from agencies to the ministry?"

• Understand the available reports and their uses
• Distinguish between report types and configurations
• Extract data using standard report setups
• Create your own report configurations with or without filters and fields
• Use an Excel template to visualize your data extraction with pie charts and pivot tables
• Understand the capabilities and limitations of cBrain F2 Analytics
• Understand security considerations related to using cBrain F2 Analytics

The course will be held at Kalkbrænderiløbskaj 2, 2100 Copenhagen Ø.

A light breakfast, tea, coffee, and a lunch buffet with vegetarian options will be provided on the course day.

‍
The course is limited to a maximum of 10 participants to ensure an optimal learning environment.

Please bring your own computer and download our cBrain F2 course environment before the course (instructions will be sent prior to the course). A limited number of loaner computers are available upon request when registering.
