As an F2 User you will have the necessary tools to work independently in F2. You understand the structure of records, cases and documents and can use the built-in communication tools. You navigate confidently in the user interface and search lists and can adapt F2 to your own needs.

As a supplement to standard F2, this course includes an introduction to management assistance with requests and approvalsas this is used by many customers.
The course is aimed at new F2 users who want a thorough introduction to the daily use of the platform.
There are no prerequisites for participating in the course. If you are unsure which course to choose, please contact cUniversity.
The course is scheduled four times a year from 9.30 AM to 4.30 PM at cBrain’s address, Kalkbrænderiløbskaj 2, 2100Copenhagen Ø. Two of the courses (October and April) are held as virtual courses. The course will be conducted in Danish.
On the day of the course, we serve croissants and fruit in the morning, a buffet lunch with a vegetarian option and coffee, tea, water and snacks throughout the day.
We ask you to bring your own laptop and download our cBrain F2 course environment before the course (instructions are sent in advance). We have a limited number of loaner computers you may ask toborrow when you register.
